How long is Luxury Live?

Luxury Live is a two-day event, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm each day.

Who can attend this training?

Licensed real estate professionals at any point in their career are eligible to register for Luxury Live.

What is I'm unable to attend both days?

At this time The Institute does not offer a "One Day Pass" for the two-day Live training. If you are unable to attend both days of training, we recommend registering for the self-paced Online training, which contains the same content as the Live course, but can be completed on your own schedule. My market doesn’t have a ton of high-end homes. Can I still benefit from this training?

Yes! This training will help to improve your overall skills in the real estate industry. You’ll learn how to transform your mindset and improve your negotiation skills. Plus, an Institute Membership comes packed with tools and resources that can aid your business at any level.

I just got my real estate license. Should I wait to attend this live training until I have more experience?

I want to earn Coldwell Banker's Global Luxury certification. Should I take this training?

No, this course is not eligible for the Global Luxury certification. Please login to CB Desk to view a list of available courses.

What if I need to cancel my registration?

Cancellations received at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund of the registration fees, less a $15.00 credit card surcharge. Cancellations received from thirteen (13) calendar days to three (3) calendar days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees. The remaining 50% of the registration fees can be held as a credit towards another training. Cancellations received fewer than three (3) calendar days prior to the event or "no shows" are not eligible for a refund, but 100% of the registration fees can be held as a credit towards another training.

Is Luxury Live eligible for CE credit?

FL-licensed agents can earn 8 hours of CE credit at Luxury Live in Tampa.
