Any Coldwell Banker sales associate may take the course and become a Member with The Institute. Taking the course and becoming a member of The Institute does not mean that you are a Luxury Property Specialist; threshold criteria must be met and approved to receive the designation.
The 2-day training will take place at the following times on both days:
1pm - 5pm EST
12pm - 4pm CST
11am - 3pm MST
10am - 2pm PST
7am - 11am HST
You will need a personal or work computer and internet access to participate in the livestream training. Login instructions will be sent to you in the days preceeding the event.
Yes, we are currently working to provide language translation to our attendees. After registering, you will be sent a form to let us know about your language preferences.
To earn the Global Luxury certification (and CLHMS designation), you must complete the course and submit an application with your proof of production.

Applications must be submitted within 24 months of completing the course.
Due to differing sales performance requirements, not all registrants are eligible to earn both the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury certification and the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ designation. You will be notified by The Institute if your application satifies the Luxury Property Specialist certification and/or CLHMS designation requirements.
The Luxury Property Specialist Training is not yet approved for any continuing education credits.
The registration fee for the training is $495. This fee includes the training, materials, and the first two years of Institute Membership (a $500 value).
If you are a current member of The Institute, please login to your membership profile to avoid creating a duplicate account for yourself. The registration fee for current members is $495, which includes an additional two years of membership (a $500 value).
