Q: How long is Luxury Livestream?

A: Luxury Live is a virtual, two-day event, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm CT each day.

Q: What if I am unable to attend both days?

A: At this time The Institute does not offer a "One Day Pass" for the two-day Livestream training. If you are unable to attend both days of training, we recommend registering for the self-paced Online training, which contains the same content as Livestream but can be completed on your own schedule. To learn more about the Online training, click here.

Q: My market doesn’t have a ton of high-end homes. Can I still benefit from this training?

A: Yes! This training will help to improve your overall skills in the real estate industry. You’ll learn how to transform your mindset and improve your negotiation skills. Plus, an Institute Membership comes packed with tools and resources that can aid your business at any level.

Q: I just got my real estate license. Should I wait to attend this live training until I have more experience?

Q: Who can attend this training?

A: Licensed real estate professionals at any point in their career are eligible to register for Luxury Livestream.

Q: I want to earn Coldwell Banker's Global Luxury certification. Should I take this training? 

A: No, this course is not eligible for the Global Luxury certification. Please login to CB Desk to view a list of available courses. 

Q: Can I earn continuing education credits by taking Luxury Livestream? 

A: Luxury Livestream is approved for CE credit in the following states:

FL: 11 hours

MN: 10 hours

NJ: 6 hours

OR: 13.5 hours

TN: 10 hours

TX: 15 hours

UT: 9 hours

WA: 12.5 hours

WY: 13 hours

 

Q: What if I need to cancel my registration? 

A: Cancellations received at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund of the registration fees, less a $15.00 credit card surcharge.

Cancellations received from thirteen (13) calendar days to three (3) calendar days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees. The remaining 50% of the registration fees can be held as a credit towards another training.

Cancellations received fewer than three (3) calendar days prior to the event or "no shows" are not eligible for a refund, but 100% of the registration fees can be held as a credit towards another training.
