After you complete the Luxury Live Training, you’ll be eligible to earn one of the highest designations in real estate, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. This unique designation acts as a mark of assurance for buyers and sellers that you have what it takes to sell in the luxury market.
Once you complete the Luxury Live course, you can apply for this designation at no additional fee.

A: Luxury Live is a two-day event, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm each day.
A: Licensed real estate professionals at any point in their career are eligible to register for Luxury Live.
A: At this time The Institute does not offer a "One Day Pass" for the two-day Live training. If you are unable to attend both days of training, we recommend registering for the self-paced Online training, which contains the same content as the Live course, but can be completed on your own schedule. To learn more about the Online training, click here.
A: Yes! This training will help to improve your overall skills in the real estate industry. You’ll learn how to transform your mindset and improve your negotiation skills. Plus, an Institute Membership comes packed with tools and resources that can aid your business at any level.

A: Cancellations received at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund of the registration fees, less a $15.00 credit card surcharge.
Cancellations received from thirteen (13) calendar days to three (3) calendar days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees. The remaining 50% of the registration fees can be held as a credit towards another training.
Cancellations received fewer than three (3) calendar days prior to the event or "no shows" are not eligible for a refund, but 100% of the registration fees can be held as a credit towards another training.
