This course will be held in the Marquis Ballroom at the New York Marriott Marquis, located at 1535 Broadway, New York, NY 10036.

The Luxury Property Specialist Training is not yet approved for any continuing education credits.

The registration fee for the training is $575. This fee includes the training and materials, meals, refreshments, and two years of Institute Membership.

To earn the Luxury Property Specialist designation (and CLHMS™ designation), you must complete the course and submit an application with your proof of production.

You will receive a link to submit the application in your registration confirmation email.

Applications must be submitted within 24 months of completing the course.

Due to differing sales performance requirements, not all registrants are eligible to earn both the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury certification and the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ designation. You will be notified by The Institute if your application satisfies the Luxury Property Specialist certification and/or CLHMS™ designation requirements.
