A: Luxury Livestream is a virtual, two-day event, from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm ET each day.

A: Yes! We offer payment plans through Affirm. At the check-out screen, you can choose to pay in full or through an Affirm payment plan.
A: Cancellations received at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund of the registration fees, less a $15.00 credit card surcharge.
Cancellations received from thirteen (13) calendar days to three (3) calendar days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees. The remaining 50% of the registration fees can be held as a credit towards another training.
Cancellations received fewer than three (3) calendar days prior to the event or "no shows" are not eligible for a refund, but 100% of the registration fees can be held as a credit towards another training.
