A: C21 independent agents at any point in their business are eligible to register for Luxury Livestream.

Q: How long is Luxury Livestream?

A: Luxury Livestream is a virtual, two-day event, from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm ET each day.

Q: My market doesn’t have a ton of high-end homes. Can I still benefit from this course?

A: Yes! This training will help to improve your overall skills in the real estate industry. You’ll learn how to transform your mindset and improve your negotiation skills. Plus, an Institute Membership comes packed with tools and resources that can aid your business at any level.

Q: I just got my real estate license. Should I wait to attend this course until I have more experience?

A: No need to wait! Luxury Livestream is beneficial for real estate professionals of all levels, including beginners. Want a sneak peak of the kind of content you can expect from our training? Check out our podcast Estate of Mind!

Q: Are payment plans available for Luxury Livestream? 

A: Yes! We offer payment plans through Affirm. At the check-out screen, you can choose to pay in full or through an Affirm payment plan. 

Q: What if I need to cancel my registration? 

A: Cancellations received at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund of the registration fees, less a $15.00 credit card surcharge.

Cancellations received from thirteen (13) calendar days to three (3) calendar days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees. The remaining 50% of the registration fees can be held as a credit towards another training.

Cancellations received fewer than three (3) calendar days prior to the event or "no shows" are not eligible for a refund, but 100% of the registration fees can be held as a credit towards another training.
